By browsing this site, submitting a scoping note, or accepting an invoice for Desk Notes, Fleet Workshop, Device Signal Studio, or a private audit, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not submit forms or attend sessions.

Programmes and informational pricing
Fee amounts published on this site are informational. They become binding only when confirmed on an invoice issued after a scoping call. This website does not process payments or host a checkout. Seats are named; sharing login recordings outside the named seats without written permission is a breach of these terms.
Student materials and conduct
You may bring redacted payload dumps and companion-app screenshots into critique sessions. You must not upload credentials, production secrets, or personal data of end customers. We may pause a session if a sample appears to contain live secrets. You remain responsible for obtaining any internal approval required to share telemetry.
Intellectual property
Cloudfeaturebase retains copyright in worksheets, recorded critiques, syllabus text, and the design of this site. Enrolment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for named attendees to use those materials inside their organisation for internal measurement work. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train a commercial course on our materials. Payload dumps and product facts you bring remain yours. Feedback you give in a live room may be anonymised into future field notes unless you object in writing within fourteen days of the session.
No professional warranty
Teaching is educational. We do not warrant that a telemetry contract drafted in class will fit every regulator, insurer, or downstream vendor. Outcomes depend on firmware, coverage, and staffing we do not control. Nothing on this site is legal, safety, or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cloudfeaturebase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost production, lost telemetry, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or participation in a programme. Our aggregate liability arising out of a given invoice is limited to the fees actually paid under that invoice in the three months before the claim. This cap does not exclude liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.
Site use
You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misrepresent affiliation with the studio. We may suspend access to recordings if these terms are breached.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that may apply to individuals who enrol in a personal capacity. Before filing, please write to info@cloudfeaturebase.digital so we can attempt a practical resolution.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text for future visits. Invoices already accepted remain under the terms in force on the invoice date unless both parties agree otherwise.
